General Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of SERGENTA MediaOS and the associated services of Sergenta Group AG.
Scope
These terms apply to the use of the SERGENTA MediaOS platform and the associated services (digital editorial, content, publishing, outreach) by client companies.
Subject of the contract
The subject matter is the provision of a software infrastructure for editorial processes, publishing and content distribution, as well as the associated service according to the chosen package.
Packages and remuneration
One-time setup fees and monthly operating costs depend on the chosen package (Fachredaktion, Pro, Enterprise). Prices are in CHF, exclusive of VAT.
Usage rights
The client company grants the provider the rights necessary to create and publish content. Generated content becomes the property of the client company, unless otherwise agreed contractually.
Liability
The provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the provider is only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations and only within the scope of typically foreseeable damage.
Final provisions
Swiss law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Sergenta Group AG, subject to any mandatory provisions to the contrary.
